“The Brunswick” is a four-story multi-family development project located on a 3.35-acre site at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Road and Buford Highway, directly adjacent to Lillian Webb Park. This development is a collaborative effort between Gateway Ventures and Centro Development and is named in honor of the historical Brunswick Hotel. The original Brunswick Hotel, constructed by Norcross founder John Thrasher in 1870, held a significant role in the city’s history before being demolished at the end of World War II. The new Brunswick development aims to carry forward the legacy of the original hotel, becoming a defining feature of Norcross’ future.
